Lets be honest. Life is a lot better when we have some guacamole to go along with it… Guacamole is pure green goodness. It can be used on salads, chicken and steak. In fact, I can’t really thing of anything that isn’t made a little better by the addition of some tasty Guac.

Ingredients:

2 avocados
¼ of a cup of tomato, chopped
2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons of minced red onion
1 tablespoon of fresh squeezed lime or lemon juice
cayenne pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of black pepper
 

Directions:

This really couldn’t be any simpler to make.
Peel and slice the avocados and put them into a bowl along with all the other ingredients. Make sure that you have some room in the bowl to mix it all together.
Now use a fork and mash all of the ingredients together. Make sure to really mix them well, use all your mixing skills and techniques to create whatever level of smoothness you prefer.
Let the guacamole sit in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes to chill and you are ready to serve!
You can also impress all you party guests by making this straight at the table and setting it, ready to eat, in the middle of table.
